This was a few weeks ago and since then I've done a number on this
wheel. I should know that entry-level road wheels aren't a good option
for commuting. Whoops.
Spring cleaning of bikes and bike parts definitely in order.

i was tired of getting flats from stupid stuff so one time i forked out the money for one of those super thick BMX tubes and even cut up an old 1.85 tire(not tube, tire) used it like a tire liner in my 20x2.1 back wheel. a few days later i ran over a 20d nail. went through everything but the rim.
