definitely vending, but not sure what. too big and wrong shape for raspados, tamales, or fruit.
wait! i think i got it. tacos! the top part is a grill, burner goes on the bottom shelf, and there are baskets on the sides for condiments.
Use your imagination- what would YOU use it for? I'd load up the calico cage and take the cats for a spin!
